Waxing is done with hard wax, which the studio says suits coarse hair and sensitive skin. Hair should be about a quarter inch long before an appointment, roughly three to four weeks of growth. A new stick of wax is used for every application and is never dipped back into the pot. Several packages bundle leg, Brazilian and underarm waxing together.

The facial menu runs from a 60-minute classic facial, which begins with a consultation and skin analysis and uses professional skincare, to a range of add-ons. Dermaplaning removes dead skin cells and fine vellus hair by hand, and gua sha can be added or booked as its own 60- or 90-minute ritual. Facial infusions use the Osmosis RevitaPen Pro to create micro-channels in the skin for a blend of active ingredients chosen for the client. An exosome version is also offered, which the salon says delivers 670 billion exosomes per treatment.

Brows and lashes are a large part of the menu. Brow tint is a semi-permanent dye that lasts about three to four weeks, and henna tint stains the skin beneath the hair for added definition; henna is best on full brows with no gaps and darker hair. The YUMI lash lift is a keratin treatment that lifts natural lashes for roughly eight to twelve weeks, and it can be paired with a tint. The salon describes the formula as free of harsh chemicals and as containing conditioning nutrients and vitamins. Lashes must stay dry for 48 hours afterward.

Booking has a firm 24-hour cancellation policy. A late cancellation or no-show within that window is charged the full amount of the scheduled services by invoice through Square, and rescheduling inside 24 hours requires payment in full. Arriving more than 10 minutes late means the appointment is rescheduled and a fee applies. After three cancellations, no-shows or reschedules in a row, online booking is turned off and clients must call and prepay.

The studio takes a holistic approach to beauty and uses a plant-based, natural, cruelty-free medical-grade skincare line alongside the Osmosis professional products.
