New clients usually begin with the First Time Experience, a 90-minute session for first-timers or anyone not seen in over a year. It covers a skin consultation and analysis, a customized treatment plan, a home care regimen with product recommendations, and a 60-minute facial. After that, clients can book Holistic Facials, which are fully customized in 60, 75 or 90 minute sessions, or Signature Ritual Facials in the same lengths. Any facial can be paired with brow shaping, brow tinting or a hand treatment. Facial work draws on lymphatic drainage, Gua Sha, acupressure and facial massage, alongside microcurrent, an ultrasonic exfoliating wand, high frequency, oxygen infusion and Celluma LED light therapy, which the salon describes as an FDA-cleared medical-grade device. Reiki-infused facials are also offered. The studio suggests facials every four to six weeks and asks clients to avoid retinol and exfoliants for three to five days beforehand.
Procell Microchanneling is offered for the face, neck, chest, body and scalp. According to the salon, the device is award-winning and the treatment is one of the most effective non-invasive skin rejuvenation options available. A numbing cream is used for comfort, and most people have a day or so of mild redness afterward. Skin sessions are spaced four to six weeks apart and scalp sessions six weeks apart. A single face treatment is $500, with a neck add-on at $150 and a chest add-on at $200. The face series of four treatments with homecare starts at $1,819, the face and neck series at $2,319, and the face, neck and chest series at $2,919. A half scalp series is $1,500 and a full scalp series of six is $2,700. Skin series include two full-size growth factor homecare products and travel-size gifts valued at $55, while homecare for scalp series is sold separately. Procell is not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding, or for people with conditions that impair the immune system.
The studio also sells products from Botnia, IS Clinical and Tizo, both in the studio and through its online shop, with prices from $45 to $166.
The approach blends scientifically grounded treatments with whole-person care focused on how clients age.
