Threading is a major part of the menu. Eyebrow threading is offered alongside upper lip, chin, forehead, sideburns, neck and full face threading. The salon calls its eyebrow threading renowned and describes its threading as the best in Northeast Ohio, though those are its own claims. Threading is available without an appointment, and same-day slots are usually open.
Waxing covers the face, body, and Brazilian and bikini areas, using premium waxes the salon describes as gentle. Several series packages bundle multiple sessions at a lower per-visit rate. The salon says savings can reach up to 37% compared with single visits. Series sessions have no expiration date and cannot be transferred to someone else.
Facials are customized and the facial menu features HydraGlow and Eminence Organic treatments, including a mini facial. Relaxation and therapeutic massage are offered. Nail services include manicures, pedicures, gel nails, nail art and children's nail care, and eyelash extensions are also available.
New clients receive 25% off their first visit, though some exclusions apply. Group bookings are welcome for bridal parties, birthdays and mother-daughter outings, and the salon asks guests to call to arrange them. Gift cards are delivered by email and can be printed or forwarded.
Threading is done with cotton thread, without chemicals or heat. Waxing uses premium formulas the salon describes as gentle, and the salon's stated aim is a level of service it describes as found nowhere else in the area.
