The salon is open Tuesday and Wednesday from 10 AM to 6 PM, Thursday from 11 AM to 5 PM, and Friday and Saturday from 10 AM to 6 PM. It is closed on Mondays and Sundays.

Appointments are secured with a valid card on file. Clients confirm automated text reminders 48 hours before their visit. New clients pay a $100 deposit, which is non-refundable and goes toward the service cost on the day. Cancellations need at least 48 hours' notice, and late cancellations carry a $100 fee. Clients who miss an appointment without notice are charged 50% of the service amount and cannot book future visits. Each appointment has a 15-minute grace period; after that the appointment is canceled and rescheduled, and a $100 late fee applies. Children are not permitted in the salon, and extra guests are not allowed.

To prepare, clients are asked to arrive with clean, dry hair that was washed 24 hours before the appointment. Clients are also asked to arrive ready to be photographed, avoiding turtlenecks and hoodies, with neutral tones recommended. Payment is accepted by card, Apple Pay or cash only.
