RISE works with a collective of independent medical professionals, one of whom practices through Aesthetica Med spa & wellness. Team members travel internationally to train alongside leaders in medical aesthetics, and Geneva teaches basic and advanced injection technique to new and experienced aesthetic nurses.

The practice aims for enhancements that look refined and natural rather than obvious, and treats safety as paramount. Filler is placed conservatively with long-term planning, and the team says it declines treatments a client does not need. Energy-based treatments are tailored to anatomy, skin condition and Fitzpatrick skin type, and may be combined with regenerative therapies, neuromodulators, fillers or biostimulators.
