About
Geneva Richardson started RISE Aesthetics in Happy Valley in 2018 and works there as founder and medical director. She is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner (MSN, FNP-BC). Her nursing career has covered aesthetic medicine, primary care, psychiatric nursing and medical-surgical nursing. She also acts as medical director for RISE and other nurse-owned aesthetic practices in Oregon and Washington, where she supervises the registered nurse injectors and guides their clinical training.
She earned a BSN from Oregon Health & Science University in Portland in 2013 and a Master of Science in Nursing with a focus on family nurse practice from United States University in San Diego in 2022. She completed advanced cadaver-lab training at Evolus headquarters with Professor Sebastian Cotafana, along with Botox and filler training, and keeps learning locally and internationally. She teaches basic and advanced injection techniques to new and experienced aesthetic nurses and speaks at aesthetic medicine conferences.
