New clients can book a free 15-minute in-person consultation to talk through which service fits their lashes and their goals. A patch test for adhesive sensitivity is also available. Fullsets take roughly 2 to 3 hours, depending on the volume style, and fills run from 75 minutes to 2 hours. Open Wednesday and Thursday from 10 AM to 6:30 PM, Saturday and Sunday from 10 AM to 4 PM, and closed Monday, Tuesday and Friday.

The studio asks for a non-refundable 50% booking fee to secure an appointment, with the balance due on the day. One reschedule is allowed with at least 48 hours notice. Cancelling within 48 hours forfeits the booking fee, and late arrivals are asked to call or text, with the full service still charged. Clients are asked to avoid caffeine for 4 hours before, arrive with no eye makeup or debris on their lashes, and skip hair washing beforehand. Mascara, waterproof eyeliner and lash curlers are not used with extensions.

Lash lifts use a TGA-free formula. Products are selected for retention and each one used has been personally tested by the lash artist. Foreign fills from other studios are welcome, though results are not guaranteed and a consultation is recommended first. Clients with concerns after a service can reach out within 48 hours for adjustments.
