RichLocs is a full-service loc salon and barbershop with a haircare line and an education side. The team includes three locticians and two barbers. The business says it aims to grow into a national loc salon and haircare brand.

Loc services cover the full journey: starter loc sets planned for long-term growth, maintenance and retwists, interlocking for a tighter root structure, repair for thinning, damaged, weak or neglected locs, and styling for everyday wear, events and photoshoots. Loc extensions add length and fullness with a natural-looking finish.

Extension clients start with a consultation, which can be done virtually, and bookings require a $35 non-refundable deposit with the balance due at the appointment. Appointments can be moved up to 24 hours ahead without a fee, while later changes carry a $15 fee. Each client has a 10-minute grace period, and arriving more than 15 minutes late may bring a $10 fee and a shortened or rescheduled service. Cancellations made less than 24 hours ahead cost $25.

Extension installs include the application, one complimentary retightening and starter loc creation at no separate charge. After that first retightening, further maintenance visits are needed, and retwists every four to six weeks are recommended. Lock-in appointments and packages of six or twelve visits support steady care over time.
