Services run from haircuts and design through hair color. The salon says it is an exclusive Goldwell color salon and uses Goldwell products for color work. Color options include root retouches and glazes, partial and full highlights, balayage and custom hair painting, and double process applications, while keratin smoothing and American Wave waving are offered as separate services. Guests who want help choosing a treatment for a particular result can call the reservations team, who can also explain service details.

A visit includes complimentary WiFi, an ATM on the premises, retail product sampling, fresh coffee, and the option to tour the facility while you wait. The salon says it has plenty of parking. Pricing depends on the stylist's level, so guests are asked to check their provider's level when booking.
