The salon operates from a suite at 816 Brayden Parkway in Fort Mill. Its menu runs from a 15-minute beard, mustache, eyebrow and ear trim up to full-head foil highlights with a cut, with men's and women's haircuts in between.

Color work ranges from a demi-permanent grey blend for men that softens bright grey and white hairs over time, to root color, express and full-head foils, babylights, a Money Piece for face-framing blonde, and chunky color blocking. Toning can correct highlights that come out too light, warm or cool, and a keratin express blowout gives smoothness and shine for about six weeks. A longer keratin smoothing treatment is also offered for frizz.

Visits are booked by appointment. The salon is open Monday and Tuesday from 8 AM to 5 PM and Wednesday and Thursday from 10 AM to 7 PM, and is closed Friday through Sunday. Clients receive text reminders, and anyone who cannot make it is asked to cancel through the app as early as possible. New clients booking the keratin express blowout pay a $25 deposit, and the keratin smoothing treatment requires a $150 deposit. Bang and neck trims are offered to existing clients only.
