Install services start with a conversation about method. The sew-in method is chosen at the appointment. Clients need to be four weeks past a relaxer, and hair should be healthy, at least five to six inches long, and free of debris and oil. Any previous styling has to come out and the hair must be detangled beforehand. For quickweaves, the hair is washed and prepped before the install, and the tracks are bonded to a liquid cap with latex adhesive. Curls can be added at checkout for either service, while body wave hair is limited to straight styles.

Consultations are 40-minute in-person sessions that cover hair goals, daily routine, and which styles would suit. The business recommends booking one before trying a new style, a chemical process, or a haircut. The one-on-one lace class is a four-hour session that teaches lace installation, styling, and product knowledge. It includes a wig and needs to be booked two weeks ahead.

For prom, graduation, and baby shower clients, the hair and makeup deal covers any look for a single price, with sew-ins excluded and an extra charge for gems or jewels. Clients send makeup and hair inspiration at least one week before the appointment. Makeup services include face cleansing, brow shaping with a razor, and priming, and clients are asked to exfoliate and wax the lip area, brows, and chin 48 hours before.

All sales are final, with no refunds or exchanges. Booking means accepting the Terms of Service, which clients should read before they book.

Consultations come before new styles, chemical processes, or haircuts, and install methods are settled at the appointment rather than in advance.
