Brow work is the main draw. Options include a shape with a cleanse, wax and optional pencil fill, tinting that colors brow hairs and the skin beneath, and henna color that lasts longer. Brow lamination, also called a brow lift, chemically straightens brow hairs; clients keep brows dry for 24 hours afterward. For clients on skin medications that rule out waxing, a tweeze-only shape is offered.

The deluxe options include extractions, face massage and a choice of light therapy or argon high frequency, and the Dermaplaning Deluxe Facial uses a blade to remove the top layer of skin and fine vellus hair. Several brow services can be paired with a facial at a combined rate.

Acid-based lifts are offered for lightening, acne and wrinkles. The 30-minute versions cost $115, and 60-minute versions with a deluxe facial cost $165. The lightening and acne lifts use lactic, kojic and alpha and beta hydroxy acids and are not for first-time clients. The wrinkle lift uses glycolic and retinol peels, and first-time clients are asked to book a deluxe facial instead.

Waxing covers the face, body and bikini areas, with hard wax for underarms and a creamy wax for sensitive skin on the Brazilian. Lash services include a tint lasting up to three weeks, a semi-permanent lash lift lasting about four to six weeks, and a lift with tint for a mascara-like look. Walk-ins are accepted, and the business says it aims for a warm, welcoming feel. Gift certificates are available for brows, lashes, hair removal, makeup and skin care.

Clients arriving 10 or more minutes late pay a $15 fee if the provider can still fit them in. Services an hour or longer have a 15-minute grace period. Cancellations within 24 hours are charged 50% of the booked total, and no-shows are charged the full total. A declined payment must be settled before another appointment can be booked. Cash, Discover, Visa and MasterCard are accepted. The side entrance is reached by a ramp, and the building has disabled access, WiFi and free and metered parking, with gravel-lot parking at the client's own risk.

Services are performed one-on-one by a licensed professional, with an emphasis on brow design and skincare.
