The Renew is a color touch-up and cut for new clients, taking about 180 minutes for $385, and includes a haircut, protein treatment and blow dry. The Signature Transformation, also for new clients only, takes about 210 minutes for $450 and adds a deep moisture mask.
Extension services include Invisible Bead Extensions and Keratin Fusion. Invisible Bead pricing is $130 per weft for 16 inch, $160 for 18 inch, $170 for 20 inch and $190 for 22 inch. Keratin Fusion is $160 per pack for 16 and 18 inch and $240 for 20 and 22 inch. The first install is $175 per row plus a $125 customization fee, reinstalls are $175 per row, and a full install is $450 for 16 to 18 inch or $550 for 20 to 22 inch.
New extension clients complete an intake form before their appointment and receive a welcome packet covering the studio location, how to reach the stylist and what to expect in the chair. The studio is spacious and well-lit, and only one client is seen at a time. The day before an appointment, clients choose a seasonal flavored latte or a regular coffee.
After each service the stylist reviews the maintenance plan and at-home care, and clients can ask follow-up questions afterward. Appointments are booked online through GlossGenius. A cancellation or no-show within 48 hours of the appointment carries a fee charged to the card on file, and arriving 15 minutes or later may result in losing the appointment.
