The menu covers glossing and toning, root touch-ups, bleach and tone for solid blondes who need scalp touch-ups every four to six weeks, and foil or balayage highlights in partial and full versions. Highlight services include a shadow root, toner, blowdry and a treatment. Cuts are split between a signature haircut for non-curly hair, shaped to density and texture, and a curly cut tailored to natural texture and finished with a custom wash-and-go. Sew-in and K-tip extensions start at $200 and include the install, blowdry and an initial haircut; the hair itself is not included. Classic blowouts and wash-and-go styles round out the list.

New clients booking color need a consultation before their first appointment. Consultations are free and can be done in person, by video chat or by phone to talk through hair goals. Extension consultations are free and in person, and cover color matching, goals, extension options and pricing. For curly cuts and color, clients are asked to arrive with dry, detangled hair and minimal product. Haircut clients can come in with hair in any condition, since a thorough wash is included.

Parking is available in a lot with metered spaces that can be paid through the Passport app, and there is street parking nearby with a one-hour limit. Debit cards, credit cards and cash are accepted, and tips can be added to the card at checkout. A referral program gives both the person referring and the friend they refer $20 off their next service.
