Stylists are grouped into levels based on expertise, time in the industry and ongoing training. Pricing for some services depends on the stylist's level. All over color starts at $75 at Level 1 and reaches $95 at Level 5, and full highlights start at $105 and reach $145. Base color add-ons rise from $30 to $50 across the levels.

Before color or a new style, the stylists hold a consultation to find the right look for each client's hair type and daily life. Prices can shift with hair length, texture and volume, so the salon gives quotes by phone or at a consultation. A blowdry is charged separately from a cut. Some color work may take several sessions, and the stylist may ask the client to sign a multi-step color agreement.

The salon asks for appointment changes or cancellations at least 24 hours ahead. A late cancellation or late arrival is charged half the service fee, and a no-show is charged the full price of the appointment. After two missed appointments, a card on file is required before rebooking. Children are not allowed in the service area and should wait with a supervising adult. Special requests should be made within 24 hours of the appointment, and redos are done by the stylist who did the original service.

Parking is in The Marcum lot on weekdays from 9 to 5, though the gate closes during some special events. The salon is open Tuesday through Thursday from 10 to 8, Friday from 10 to 5, and Saturday from 9 to 3, and is closed Sunday and Monday.
