Each location has its own setting. The Carmel Valley studio is on the second floor of The Village at Pacific Highlands Ranch, just off Carmel Valley Road, with free parking in the structure beside the building. Eastlake sits just off Otay Lakes Road, next to a bank, with free parking. Encinitas is just off Encinitas Boulevard near a grocery store and a supermarket, with free parking outside. The Mission Valley location is at 1425 Frazee Road in San Diego. Carmel Valley is open Sunday 9am to 5pm and Monday through Saturday 8am to 8pm. Eastlake is open Monday and Tuesday 9am to 7pm, Wednesday through Friday 9am to 6pm, and Saturday and Sunday 9am to 5pm. Encinitas is open Monday through Friday 8am to 8pm, Saturday 9am to 7pm, and Sunday 9am to 5pm.
