Each appointment is handled one on one, so a guest works with the same stylist from start to finish. Before booking, guests can send photos of their current hair in a text consultation, which helps the stylist decide which services are needed.
The color menu includes single process, half and full highlights, babylight, foilyage, balayage, root smudge, glaze, new growth touch-ups with pull through and color corrections. Women's and men's cuts, blow outs, formal styling, tape-in extensions and makeup round out the services. Bridal hair and makeup are requested through a bridal inquiry form.
Walk-ins are welcome but not guaranteed, so booking ahead is recommended. Cancellations need 24 hours' notice, guests are asked to arrive on time, and after a first missed appointment a stylist may take a 20% deposit for missed services. Prices vary by service and are not listed on the home page.
