Cancellations or changes need at least 24 hours' notice, and a no-show without notice is charged the full service total. Salon services are not refunded, and adjustment requests must be made within 7 days and are decided case by case. Unused retail products can be returned, exchanged or credited within 30 days if more than half remains, while hair tools and accessories are final sale unless defective. Children may attend only if they are booked for a service and must be supervised by a parent or guardian throughout. Gift cards are sold on the website.
