Extension methods offered include Mane Luxe, IBE, NBR and Luna. The salon says it only recommends the safest, highest-quality extension methods available and that its hand-tied techniques suit all hair types, including fine hair. Initial hand-tied installation is estimated at $1,500 to $3,500 depending on hair goals, and maintenance every six to nine weeks is estimated at $350 to $750. A move-up starts at $275 to $500, not including color. A complimentary extension consultation is booked through an application form, and a free 30-minute consultation is also available on the booking site.

Every color appointment begins with a consultation to settle on tones and techniques. Starting prices include $175 for faceframe balayage, $225 for partial balayage, $375 for full balayage, $350 for custom color and $200 for all-over color. Master stylist color is $125 an hour plus products, and additional color is $60 per unit. Toner starts at $150 and a Repair service is $10 for 30 minutes. Prices are starting points and can change. Custom blowouts, including Brazilian Blowouts, round out the menu.

Permanent jewelry is booked for one person in about 25 minutes, two to three people in 45 minutes, or four to five people in an hour. The salon also sells its in-salon Poppy Links jewelry brand, along with Revival Studio Agape candles, professional hair tools and accessories.

Changes need at least 48 hours' notice. Later changes may incur a fee of half the originally scheduled services, and no-shows may be charged the full cost to the card on file. Clients who arrive more than 15 minutes late may have their service shortened to fit the time left. Hair and jewelry services are non-refundable, and unopened, unworn products may be returned within seven days of purchase. The salon is open Monday noon to 6 pm, Tuesday through Friday 9 am to 6 pm, and Saturday 9 am to 5 pm, and it is closed Sundays.

The team listens to what each client wants and gives honest advice and recommendations. The salon's goal is to build on what clients already have and help them feel their best, without a one-size-fits-all approach.
