Revival RN operates from 9835 Village Place Blvd in Brighton. The business expanded to this location in 2019 and became a full-service wellness spa. It describes itself as a medical and day spa, with Dr. Jerry Huss, MD, serving as medical director. Patients come from across Metro Detroit.
The injectables menu includes dermal fillers, Botox and Dysport, collagen stimulators, Skinvive, PDO threads, PRF therapy, Kybella, sclerotherapy, and Aquagold with its microchannel option. Skin health services cover facial treatments that use medical-grade products, skincare services and skin health consultations. Massage therapy, infrared sauna and medical weight loss sit under wellness, and Emsculpt Neo is offered for body contouring.
A free consultation can be booked by phone or online before any treatment. Clients can choose VIP spa packages built from the options they want, with a private relaxation room, a dedicated spa host and a robe provided for the visit. Pricing for those packages is not published, so clients are asked to contact the team. The business also runs a loyalty program.
Payment is due at the time of service. Cash, major credit cards and Cherry payment plans are accepted, while personal checks, CareCredit and health insurance are not. Clients who arrive more than 10 minutes late may need to reschedule, with a $50 fee. Appointments can be changed by calling or texting at least 24 hours ahead. A cancellation inside 24 hours carries a $50 fee charged to the card on file, and a no-show carries a $150 fee or the cost of the booked service, whichever is less. A card is held on file at booking. Extended after-hours appointments are listed as available.
The business pairs medical-grade skin care with science, artistry, wellness and technology, and describes its treatments as proven options that avoid the need for surgery.
