Revitalize began as a traveling operation that hosted parties and appointments at other facilities. The Alamosa practice later moved in 2019 into a historic former bank building on Main Street, where three former bank vaults now serve as patient rooms. The Jenks location moved from the South Tulsa space because the business needed more room, and it occupies a newer building the business built and owns.

Visits start with a consultation. Neurotoxin clients receive an in-depth review of the treatment areas, the process, the number of units and the cost before anything is done, and the filler product for a dermal filler treatment is chosen during a consultation with the provider. Appointments can be booked online, by phone, by text or email inquiry, or in person, and the online system sends automatic reminders. Records are kept in an electronic medical record, and a patient portal shows past treatments and wallet balance. Payment plans are available through Cherry and CareCredit.

Membership options cost 100 or 150 dollars per month, billed automatically into the client's spa wallet, and give 10 or 15 percent off services. Wallet funds can be applied to services. First-time neurotoxin clients receive their first 10 units free with a minimum purchase of 24 units. Listed prices for neurotoxins are 13 dollars per unit for Botox, 12 for Jeuveau, 11 for Xeomin and 4.50 for Dysport. All toxin brands offered come with a rewards program with points and coupons.

Hormone optimization uses bioidentical pellets from BioTe and begins with a consultation, then labs, then a follow-up visit to review results, when a pellet may be placed at the same appointment. Pellets go under the skin of the hip or flank after numbing through a small incision, without stitches or skin glue. Weight loss uses injectable semaglutide and tirzepatide, prescribed after a consultation with a physician assistant or nurse practitioner, and is offered at all three locations. According to the business, its compounding pharmacies use medications without additives.

Not every service is offered at every location, so the website's per-location listings are the best reference for what each office provides. Microneedling with the SkinPen device is currently offered only at Jenks and Broken Arrow, and the InBody body scanner is offered only at Broken Arrow and Alamosa. Tulsa Brow Bar, run by permanent makeup artist Aimee Carroll, operates inside the Revitalize space, and the Jenks location also has a massage therapist. According to the business, it has been rated a top medical spa in Oklahoma and says all of its locations have certified providers.

Treatment plans are built from a consultation, and providers aim for natural-looking results.

The Alamosa practice is housed in a historic former bank building, and its former vault rooms now serve as patient rooms.
