Before a first skincare appointment, clients are asked to skip exfoliating and retinol for three days and to avoid Botox, fillers and waxing for two weeks. The business recommends waiting two weeks after Botox before booking a facial. Waxing clients need to have been off Accutane for at least six months, and anyone with questions about other medications is asked to contact the business. For waxing, hair should be about a quarter inch long. Pregnant clients may wax with their doctor's approval, and skin may feel more sensitive. Freckle sessions start with a consultation in which placement is mapped in pencil, and tattooing begins only once the client approves; numbing is available. Touchups are reserved for existing clients and are booked a set number of weeks after the first appointment.
