New clients book either the first-time consult plus treatment or a standalone consultation. That visit covers skin goals, lifestyle, diet, skin history and the routine that is recommended. Custom treatment plans are built from that consultation, and the Custom Skin Treatment is based on a skin analysis.

The facial menu runs from a 50-minute acne treatment to a 90-minute signature facial with a spa wrap that includes a head, neck and shoulder massage. Several facials can be upgraded with dermaplaning, nano-infusion, radio frequency or carboxy therapy. Acne Bootcamp is offered to biweekly members and includes a skin reevaluation, a homecare routine and custom acne treatment using Face Reality products.

Sugaring is offered across the face, underarms, arms and back, with a free 20-minute product pick up appointment for buying skincare. Hours run Monday to Thursday 10 AM to 7 PM, Friday 10 AM to 5 PM and Saturday 10 AM to 3 PM; the studio is closed Sundays. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. Deposits are non-refundable but apply to the service, and a 25% fee applies to no-call, no-show appointments.

Each visit starts with an assessment of skin goals, history and lifestyle, and treatment plans are built from that consultation.
