Facials are built around skincare the business describes as 100% organic, herbal and vegan, made in small batches and handmade in-house. First-time clients need a free new client consultation of 10 to 20 minutes, booked the same day as a facial. Most facials include a décolleté, neck and shoulder massage, with the exception of the lymphatic drainage service. Facials are recommended every 4 to 6 weeks to maintain results.

Facial services range from a 30-minute Organic Classic Facial to an 80-minute Signature Holistic Facial. A Holistic Appalachian Facial is built for bearded men, and the Naturally Clarifying Facial includes light extractions alongside a high frequency wand. The Organic Zena Algae Peel is a seaweed-based option for those seeking an alternative to a chemical peel. It is offered only to established clients who have been approved for it, and peeling is expected to last 3 to 8 days. Aesthetic Lymphatic Drainage with Buccal Massage applies the Helena Pahava Manual Face Lift Method. Clients need to wait 4 weeks after Botox, 6 weeks after fillers, 12 weeks after threads, 1 year after facial surgery, 2 weeks after a recent virus or infection, and 4 months after dental implants before booking this treatment.

Brow and lash services use vegan tints and lifting systems, with brow threading offered as a natural hair removal method. Clients can choose from several tint shades and rebooking intervals are listed for each service. Baby Face threading covers the chin, upper lip, cheeks and forehead.

Changes or cancellations need at least 24 hours notice, with a 50% service fee applied inside 24 hours, and no-shows are charged the full service fee. Wholesale and professional backbar accounts are available for licensed estheticians, treatment studios, spas and select retailers.
