Nail services are the core of the menu. Manicures and pedicures come in classic, gel, VIP, Super VIP and Platinum tiers. The Super VIP manicure adds a detox crystal hand soak, an organic sugar scrub, an organic hand mask under a hot towel, an organic lotion massage, paraffin and polish. The Platinum pedicure adds a foot and leg steamer, an orange slice soak, a hydrating mud mask, collagen serum, a butter cream massage, an essential oil hot stone massage, paraffin and polish. Add-ons such as French tips, hot stone and paraffin are available for pedicures, and nail enhancements include regular acrylic, gel acrylic, dipping powder, ombre, Gel X and builder gel.

Facial services use Dermalogica products. The menu includes a 45-minute basic facial with skin analysis, cleansing, exfoliation, extractions, a mask and a face and neck massage; a 60-minute microdermabrasion followed by a custom serum; a 60-minute micro nano-needling treatment combining exfoliation, nano-needling and LED light; and a 75-minute Hydra facial, described as noninvasive, that uses exfoliation, extraction and hydration with antioxidants, peptides and vitamins. A Restore and Repair option lets clients choose a BB glow, ginseng or spirulina treatment.

Eyelash extensions and permanent make-up are by appointment only. Lash options include classic, hybrid, volume and wispy sets, with lash lifts, tints and extension removal also offered. Lash and brow artists confirm the extension price during a consultation, and fill-in prices depend on how many lashes remain. Microblading eyebrows and permanent make-up touch-ups are also available.

Kid services are offered for children 10 years old and younger, who must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Online booking is available on the website, and e-gift cards can be purchased there. Prices can vary with nail length, shape and design, so clients are asked to confirm pricing with staff before a service.

The salon works only on healthy skin and nails and follows state regulations for manicurists. It describes its staff as nail professionals rather than podiatrists, does not cut living tissue or ingrown toenails, and recommends visits every two to three weeks for healthy nails.
