Every visit starts from an individual look. A consultation and patch test takes about 30 minutes and can be booked before any service. Full sets start at $180 and take at least 120 minutes, and are intended for clients with no current extensions or with less than half of a previous set remaining. Clients arriving with work from another artist book a foreign or new client refill, starting at $135 and taking 90 minutes or more.

A half set starts at $110 and takes 75 minutes. Only the outer corners are lashed, giving a liner effect, and it requires a $45 deposit. Touch-ups are timed to the initial set: a 2 week touch up starts at $80 and is booked 2 to 3 weeks after the full set, a 3 week touch up starts at $110 and is booked 3 weeks after, and a mini touch up costs $55 for 30 minutes. Lash lifts start at $90 and take about 45 to 60 minutes, giving natural lashes a lasting curl, with tint available to darken them.

Brow services start at $10 for shorter appointments, and eyebrow lamination, which the site calls Eyebrow Perm, starts at $100 for a fuller look. Monday Specials start at $75 and apply only when booked for a Monday. Complimentary services and extras can be added to any visit at a price that varies; clients are asked to avoid makeup, caffeine and hair product before a complimentary service.

Custom facials by George H and massage with Jennifer can be added to a visit. The Moonstone Experience membership costs $199 a month and includes a gentle cleanse, a warm towel and a custom lash fill. Members book services as usual and their benefits are applied at checkout in store. Cancellations need 24 hours notice, and missed appointments, including no call no shows, may be charged a 100% service fee. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment.

Lash sets are individually customized to each client.
