Every corrective skincare journey starts with a consultation. Clients with previous brow tattooing or microblading also need a consultation before they can book. First-time permanent makeup brow clients can have microblading. The studio's services span a Reality Acne Bootcamp, Eyebrows and Lamination/Tint, Customized Facial and three Hydrafacial options, Permanent makeup, Microchanneling Face, Procell Therapy, and Brazilian Wax.

Booking is handled through a GlossGenius page. A non-refundable deposit is charged at booking and applied to the total, and the remaining balance is due on the day of the appointment. Rescheduling or cancelling needs to happen at least 48 hours (2 business days) ahead, and clients receive a text and email reminder 7 days before their visit that they must confirm at least 48 hours in advance. Clients more than 15 minutes late may have their appointment cancelled. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for in-person bookings between $50 and $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment.
