Brow services are built around mapping. Brow sculpting and brow lamination include mapping and a choice of wax or threading, and the lamination service also includes trim and tweeze. Pampering brow lamination combines lamination, wax, mapping and a basic facial, and tint is not part of that package. Brow lami and lash lift combo includes tint in both treatments, and full brow maintenance is meant for roughly three to four weeks after a lamination.
Facial options include a dermaplane facial, a nano infusion facial that uses a hyaluronic stem cell serum, and microdermabrasion, which is a non-invasive exfoliation. The keratin lash lift uses the Korean technique, and the curl can last up to eight weeks.
Booking is handled by text or phone, and email requests are not accepted. A credit card is needed to reserve a time, and a non-refundable deposit is due at booking and credited toward the service. Payment is due at the visit. Reminders go out by email and text at booking and 72 hours before. Cancellations or no-shows within the same day are charged the full service cost, and clients who arrive 10 minutes late are rescheduled. Buy now, pay later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment.
Three membership tiers offer monthly services and discounts. Silver is $55 per month with a three-month minimum and includes brow mapping with wax or threading, two of underarm wax, lip wax or chin wax, and 10% off other services. Gold is $150 per month and includes two monthly services chosen from brow lamination, lash lift, brow sculpting, Brazilian wax and basic facial, plus 15% off other services. Platinum is $230 per month with three monthly services including a platinum facial with one add-on, plus 20% off other services. Memberships are non-refundable and must be bought before booking the membership service. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100 and $150 amounts or a custom amount, and gift card sales are final.
The studio also runs brow training classes starting at $750, held on the third Sunday of each month. Hours are Tuesday and Thursday from 10 AM to 6 PM, Friday from 10 AM to 3:30 PM, and Saturday from 9 AM to 1 PM, with Monday, Wednesday and Sunday closed.
