Retreatment Wellness is a small acupuncture practice on the second floor of the Soma, Sage & Soul holistic healing collective in Millcreek. Dr. Alessandra Young founded it in 2022 and is its principal practitioner. The practice describes itself as not high-volume, so each patient receives the practitioner's full attention. Its care draws on traditional East Asian medicine together with integrative skin care, herbal therapy and sound healing.

About

Acupuncture typically combines at least two modalities, chosen from dry needling, cupping, Tui Na or shiatsu massage, gua sha, electrical stimulation, moxibustion, guided meditation, herbal topicals and nutrition guidance. A standard plan is one session weekly for six weeks, followed by reassessment. Acupuncture with cupping is $120 for new patients and $100 for existing patients, with packages of five at $475 and ten at $900. Telehealth consultations last 30 minutes and cost $40, applied to the first treatment. Health payment accounts (HSA and FSA) are accepted, and the practice states there are no added charges beyond the listed prices.

Facial acupuncture is designed to address the underlying causes of skin concerns rather than only the surface symptoms. A session can combine cosmetic acupuncture, intradermal needling, cupping, gua sha, shiatsu facial massage, Celluma PRO LED light, a guided sound bath and herbal formula prescriptions. It is priced at $150 for new patients and $125 for existing patients, with five-session and ten-session packages at $575 and $1,100; the ten-session package includes one free nano needling treatment. Deluxe sessions add LED light, fire cupping, custom hyaluronic acid serums and a take-home medical-grade face mask.

Chronic skin condition care uses facial acupuncture with LED light, cupping or gua sha, prescription herbal formulas and topical Asian beauty products. Dr. Young also offers Holistic TCM Dermatology for skin disorders such as acne, eczema and psoriasis.

The clinic is calm and private. The Retreat Suite is a separate room with views of the mountains and treetops. Visitors go shoeless so outside dirt stays out of treatment spaces, linens are treated with energy clearing and essential oils of lavender, bergamot and eucalyptus, and music is played at 432 Hz. The bed and room temperature can be adjusted for each patient, and spa gowns or draping are offered. Clients can book online or text (385) 276-4537. The practice also hosts events and retreats.

Treatment combines traditional East Asian medicine with modern health and beauty technology, with a plan built around each person's presentation and goals. The practice describes acupuncture as supporting the body's own healing rather than as a cure.
