First-time clients are asked to start with a Skin Strategy Consultation, a 55-minute one-on-one visit for $130, or a New Client Skin Reset, which combines that consultation with a treatment in a 90-minute visit for $275. The consultation fee is credited toward any products bought at the end of the appointment. Customized facials such as Leave It To Rachael are booked after a first consultation.

Acne is a major focus. Clients with mild to moderate acne, or who are new to professional acne care, can start with a 45-minute Acne Foundations Consultation for $130, which does not include an in-depth root-cause review. Persistent or inflammatory acne is addressed through a 90-minute Advanced Acne Strategy Consultation for $250, which reviews hormones, gut health, stress, inflammation and daily habits and requires a $130 deposit applied to the total. Established clients can book a treatment-only visit or a strategy session with a skin reassessment and corrective treatment. The 12-week Advanced Acne Reset Program costs $889 and includes an initial acne consultation and six bi-weekly treatments. Acne correction relies on professional-grade home care, and the business notes that an initial home care investment of $250 to $400 or more is typical.

Beyond acne, the menu covers HydraFacial treatments, a dermaplane facial, four peel levels including a Cosmelan Peel that requires consultation and four weeks of preparation, SkinPen microneedling in single sessions or packages, DMK enzyme therapy, lash lifts and tints, and laser teeth whitening. Packages for microneedling and DMK enzyme therapy are priced below booking sessions one at a time. Add-ons include extractions, high frequency, LED, lymphatic drainage and dermaplaning. Clients outside Utah can book a virtual consultation for Camp Clarity by FaceTime or Zoom, and the service is open to clients in all 50 states and Canada.

Booking policies are firm: no-shows are charged the full service price, arriving more than 15 minutes late may bring a $25 fee or a reschedule, and clients who are sick on the day of an appointment are charged half the price. Clients are asked to avoid sun exposure and tanning beds for 14 days before and after treatments, and treatment may be declined if sun or tanning exposure is suspected. Most products can be exchanged within two weeks of purchase.
