Every visit starts with a free consultation lasting 45 minutes, held in person or over Zoom. It looks at skin type and specific concerns, and the result is a custom treatment and home care plan. Facials are then tailored to the client's skin type, conditions and needs. A 60-minute facial is $90, a 90-minute facial is $130, and a chemical peel is $80 for about an hour.

Facial add-ons include dermaplaning, an O2 Lift, a Pumpkin Enzyme Peel, an Awaken Scalp Treatment and an Extended Neck Massage. Add-ons must be booked with a 60-minute service or longer, and dermaplaning can be added to any facial or chemical peel.

Brow services include a Brow Tint for 15 minutes and a Brow Tint and Wax for 30 minutes, which adds brow shaping with customized semipermanent tinting. The Lash Lift & Tint is an hour-long service that gives a lash perm lasting four to six weeks, and lashes must stay dry for 24 hours afterward. Facial waxing is available for brows or upper lip.

The Monthly Membership Program costs $75 per month and includes a prepaid 60-minute facial charged on the 1st of each month. Members can upgrade to any enhancement for $25, get 20% off retail products in stock, and gift up to four services to friends or family. Unused services do not roll over. Memberships can be paused for a $30 monthly freeze fee with at least 7 days' notice before the next billing date. Cancelling or freezing with less than 30 days' notice before the next billing cycle carries a $75 early termination fee.

Appointments can be canceled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice, and late cancellations may be charged a fee. Gift cards can be purchased on the website.
