New clients usually start with a free consultation of about 15 minutes to talk through hair color goals. Clients are asked to bring reference photos. A $50 deposit reserves the appointment after that consultation.

Appointments are booked online through the studio's Square booking page. The studio is open Monday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 12:00 pm to 7:00 pm and closed Tuesday through Thursday.

The menu runs from simple bang trims and undercuts to color services. Creative Color is priced by the hour and covers everything from lightener touch-ups to vivid color, and the studio recommends booking at least three hours for it. Revivify is the longest service, at about four and a half hours, and includes a cut.
