The practice aims to offer a warm, high-quality, whole-health experience that anyone can access, whether or not they carry insurance. Primary care runs on a Direct Primary Care membership: patients pay a monthly fee under a six-month minimum term. Membership covers yearly physical exams, reduced-cost lab work and imaging, prevention work, care for acute illnesses and long-term conditions, and health promotion. Where applicable, the yearly labs included are a CBC, CMP, TSH, lipid panel, A1c and STD screen. Membership months are charged in full rather than prorated. To cancel, members must give written notice 30 days before their end date. Members may use an HSA after checking with their insurer. Aesthetic services fall outside the membership. The practice is not currently taking Blue Cross Blue Shield HMO plans, and it advises patients to keep insurance in place for emergency room visits, specialist appointments and hospital stays. Urgent care is offered, though there is no on-site x-ray. Tele-health video visits can be booked online.

The aesthetic menu covers facials, Botox, Dysport and Xeomin, Morpheus8 Burst RF microneedling, IPL for redness and sun damage, and laser hair removal. Fusion Dark and Fusion Light are selected according to skin tone. Treatments are delivered on the InMode Optimas Max platform, which the practice calls its most current multi-functional aesthetic system. Wellness options include B12 and other vitamin injections, NAD+ and glutathione injections, several named IV infusions, and IV vitamin and hydration therapy. Massage options are Swedish, deep tissue and reflexology. Weight management begins with a complimentary first consultation. Monthly plans from $350 include a nutritional consultation, medication, direct access to Dr. Eide for questions, and monthly weigh-ins. GLP-1 injections are available too.

Visitors can park for free in spaces marked for the practice in the Kirkwood UCC church lot next door. Pricing is listed for members, non-members and employers, and patients can pay with CareCredit or Cherry financing.
