The team brings healthcare backgrounds that include aesthetic nursing and physicians, and the team page cites 24 years of registered nurse experience. Phillip Wortley, M.D., serves as Medical Director. Injectable treatments, which are mostly outpatient visits under an hour, and skin treatments are both planned around the client's skin type, tolerance and long-term goals.

A first visit includes a review of lifestyle, skin and diet, which feeds into a personalized plan. Skin treatments start with a one-on-one consultation and skin assessment. Some procedures involve minimal downtime, which is explained before treatment. Many skin treatments are spaced several weeks apart, and aftercare and ongoing skin guidance follow each treatment. Consultations are no-pressure and focused on education, and the aim is a natural-looking result.

Clients can join Resilient Ritual membership plans, which include facials, microneedling, wellness injections and quarterly toxin treatments. The medspa also offers an express facial bar for quick facial treatments, accepts manufacturer rewards programs for qualifying treatments, and offers flexible payment plans. Hours run Monday 9am to 7pm, Friday and Saturday 9am to 5pm, and Sunday 10am to 3pm. The practice serves Uptown, Turtle Creek, Highland Park, the Park Cities and North Dallas.
