A visit usually begins with a complimentary consultation, with labs when appropriate. Skin and facial work starts with a skin consultation followed by a treatment plan and at-home guidance. For injectables, Botox and Dysport are used for forehead lines, frown lines and crow's feet, and Lip Flip is a neurotoxin treatment for the upper lip. Juvederm and Restylane hyaluronic-acid fillers are used for lips, cheeks, jawline and facial contours, Sculptra is a collagen-stimulating injectable for gradual volume and firmer skin, and Skinvive is a skin booster that hydrates. Injectable treatments usually take 15 to 45 minutes, and Botox and Dysport results take effect over several days and typically last three to four months; individual results vary. Tox appointments run 30 minutes, follow-ups 15 minutes to review results, and aesthetic consultations 30 minutes. A Tox and Filler first visit combines neurotoxin and filler across 75 minutes.

Medical-grade facials and chemical peels are performed by a licensed medical aesthetician under medical direction. SkinPen microneedling can be done alone or combined with PRP, exosomes, PDGF+ or Sculptra, and a PRP facial pairs SkinPen with platelet-rich plasma made from a small sample of the client's own blood. Sclerotherapy for spider veins on the legs is planned and overseen by a physician, followed by compression, and usually takes several sessions spaced several weeks apart. Hormone therapy begins only after a medical evaluation and appropriate lab work, and the physician reviews benefits, risks and alternatives first. Bioidentical hormone replacement can be delivered by creams and gels, sublingual troches, pills, self-given injections after teaching, or implanted pellets, and the method is chosen to fit the patient when a specific therapy is indicated. Testosterone pellets for men typically last five to six months, while testosterone and estrogen pellets for women typically last three to five months.

The IV Lounge provides hydration and vitamin drips, NAD+ IV therapy, and a group of signature drips, and every infusion begins with a health screening. Most infusions run 45 to 90 minutes, with NAD+ taking longer. Medical weight management uses semaglutide and tirzepatide under physician supervision and includes a consultation, labs, body-composition analysis, and a nutrition and movement plan. Retatrutide is listed as well, but it is not yet FDA-approved; the practice will go over eligibility and availability once it is. Regenerative joint care offers PRP injections for knees, shoulders, elbows and other joints, along with Wharton's jelly allograft injections for shoulders, elbows, wrists, hands, knees, ankles and feet. Hips and spine are not injected. Wharton's jelly products fall under human tissue regulation and have not been approved by the FDA for orthopedic conditions, and insurance generally does not pay for them. Also available: physician-guided peptide protocols, cellular health support, and genetic testing that informs a personalized plan for nutrition, medication and prevention.

Membership tiers are Premium Tox at $99 per month, with preferred pricing on Botox at $4.99 per unit and Dysport at $2.99 per unit; Reset Premium at $149 per month, with one monthly service credit for eligible services; and Reset Platinum at $199 per month, with one monthly credit and a broader menu where some services need more than one credit. Membership terms are set out in the current agreement, available from the team before enrolling. Financing is offered through Cherry as a pay-over-time option, with an application that takes about 60 seconds and no hard credit check; eligibility is not guaranteed. The practice accepts cash and major credit cards but not checks, and asks for at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule.
