Dr. Nidhi Chander, MD

Dr. Nidhi Chander, MD, founded Reset You MD in Winter Garden, where she is medical director. She oversees medical care and clinical decisions for every patient at the practice, with work in hormone health, health optimization and aesthetics. Her medical degree is from the University of Florida College of Medicine, granted in 2004, and her residency was at the University of South Florida. She has more than 20 years of clinical experience. She personally prescribes and monitors each bioidentical hormone plan, assesses legs and plans sclerotherapy for spider veins, and directs medical care for chemical peels and medical-grade facials. Before any Wharton's jelly treatment, she reviews with patients what is and is not known, along with the risks, costs and alternatives, and she refers patients to a specialist when that suits them better. She also runs Dr. Chander Speaks, a business separate from her medical work at Reset You MD. It offers keynote talks on emotional intelligence, motivation and resilience, plus workshops and one-on-one resilience and wellness coaching, which is not medical treatment. She has delivered a keynote at the Miss India USA pageant and provides residency interview coaching and professional-development workshops for medical students and healthcare professionals.
