Blonding is one of the salon's main strengths. Full and partial blonding packages use teasylights, babylights, balayage and tip-outs, and each is finished with a root shadow and gloss, with Olaplex or K18 included depending on the package. Traditional foil options are also available, from a mini foil for the hairline or part line up to a full-head foil for dimensional results.

Booking is handled with a few clear rules. Reminder texts go out 72 hours before an appointment. Cancellations need at least 48 hours' notice, and later cancellations are charged 30% of the appointment; a missed appointment is charged 50% of the missed service. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person and for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment, and gift cards are sold.

Hours are Tuesday 8:30 AM to 4 PM, Wednesday and Friday 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM, and Thursday 9:30 AM to 4:30 PM. The salon is closed on Mondays, Saturdays and Sundays.
