The practice describes its consultation process as a sequence: patients meet the team, talk through their goals and expectations, decide on procedures, and then book. Filler appointments usually take about 30 to 60 minutes depending on the area treated. A topical numbing cream is applied beforehand and left on for 30 to 60 minutes, and the hyaluronic acid fillers are mixed with lidocaine for comfort. Patients are asked to avoid aspirin, ibuprofen, certain supplements and other blood thinners for 3 to 5 days before filler, and to avoid alcohol for at least 24 hours before treatment. Filler is not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Hyaluronic acid filler can be dissolved in the office with an enzymatic solution called Hylanex.

Filler products include the Juvederm XC, Vollure XC and Volbella XC lines, the Restylane Refyne, Defyne, Kysse and Lyft lines, and the Revanesse Versa and Lips+ products, along with Bellafill and Sculptra. Uses include plumping lips, adding volume and lift to the cheeks, softening smile lines, reducing fine lines around the nose and mouth, and contouring the jawline. Neurotoxin treatments with Botox, Dysport or Xeomin address crow's feet, frown lines, forehead furrows, bunny lines and neck bands, and can also be used for jawline slimming, gummy smile correction, chin softening and underarm sweating. Baby Botox uses smaller doses to help prevent lines from deepening.

Other offerings include the Silhouette InstaLift procedure, which is done in the office in under an hour to add volume to the cheeks and mid-face, VirtueRF micro-needling with radiofrequency for the face, neck, hands and body, sclerotherapy performed without anesthesia followed by compression stockings, and several laser options. Hair growth services include Nutrafol supplements, Latisse, a Factor Five Lash and Brow Serum, PRF hair restoration made from the client's own growth factors, and TED technology.
