A visit starts with a free private consultation. Staff then build a personalized treatment plan around each client's skin care needs, lifestyle and budget. Because appointments are by appointment only, first-time clients are asked to arrive 5 to 10 minutes early to complete paperwork.

The treatment menu covers several areas. Dermal fillers include Juvederm XC, which the business says lasts up to a year, and the Restylane family of products. Chemical peels include AHA peels, the PCA Peel and the PCA Smoothing Body Peel in various strengths. For more mature, photo-damaged skin, a series of four to six peels spaced two to three weeks apart is described.
