Care is delivered by a team, and the practice says it aims to leave plenty of one-on-one time at each appointment. Women in their 20s can book annual exams, Pap screenings, contraception counseling and STI testing, and gynecologic care at that stage also covers irregular cycles, painful periods and early hormonal concerns. In their 30s and 40s, the focus shifts to hormone balance, cycle changes, thyroid concerns, libido and overall wellness. Women in their 50s and older can have a complete menopause evaluation, with help for hot flashes, sleep disruption, vaginal dryness and bone health.

Hormone therapy includes bioidentical hormone replacement therapy and may involve blood work, saliva hormone testing, a food sensitivity evaluation, leaky gut screening and urine analysis. Plans can include supplements, dietary changes, lifestyle adjustments, stress management and BHRT. The first visit starts with an in-depth health questionnaire and a discussion of concerns and goals, and blood may be drawn that day if the patient arrives fasting. Re-evaluations are typically every six months, and patients can reach the team between visits by phone or through the patient portal.

The physician-designed, physician-led weight loss program begins with a review of medical history, medications and past diets, plus body composition measurements and metabolic blood work. Patients are asked to arrive fasting for at least four hours if possible. A weekly GLP-1 injection is an optional add-on. Monthly follow-ups alternate between Dr. Wohlfeil, typically every third visit, and Anna, and the business says about 30% of patients continue low-dose maintenance after reaching their goal weight. Weight loss pricing is not posted online, so callers are asked to phone the office. Peptide therapy includes GLP-1, NAD+ given by injection, and sermorelin, offered to stimulate the body's own growth hormone production. Peptide patients begin with a health questionnaire reviewed by the medical team, and the business says the therapy is given under the guidance of qualified medical professionals.

Injectables include Botox, Dysport, dermal fillers and Sculptra. Dysport and Botox are $12 per unit, filler is $700 per syringe and Sculptra is $800 per vial, and injectable consultations are free. The business says injectables are performed only by a physician, which it presents as uncommon in the area. The office is open Monday 8:00 am to 7:00 pm, Tuesday and Friday until 2:00 pm (Friday is spa only), and Wednesday and Thursday until 5:00 pm. The shop sells nutritional supplements, skin care, hair care and intimate products, and e-gift cards work for all services and products.
