The salon focuses on haircuts that move with the natural shape of the hair and on color that adds depth and makes the finished result look fuller. Its services are grouped into color, hair, highlights, men's, treatments, waxing, fees and new client categories, so clients can find a single appointment or a combined color and cut.
New clients can book a free 15-minute meet and greet and hair consultation before committing to a service. Corrective color and keratin retexturizing require a $50 deposit for new clients, and updo and special occasion styling requires a $30 deposit.
Payment options include Buy Now, Pay Later for in-person bookings between $50 and $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment. Gift cards are sold in set amounts of $50, $75, $100 or $200 or in a custom amount, and can be sent right away or scheduled for later. Gift card sales are final.
Clients are asked to let the salon know as soon as possible if they cannot keep an appointment so it can be rebooked. On-location appointments for weddings and clients who cannot travel carry a travel fee starting at $30.
The salon works with each client to find a cut and color that suits them, and aims for each visit to leave clients looking lighter and brighter.
