Hair color services range from root touch-ups, glosses and toners to color correction, partial and full highlights and hair painting. Hair design covers haircuts for men and children, shampoo and blow dry, blow dry with flat iron or curling, and updos. Treatments include several Aveda options, Invati Advanced for thicker, fuller hair, and a scalp treatment. Prices listed are starting points, and stylists set their prices based on experience, client needs, product use, technique, and hair density and length.

Guests who are unsure which stylist to book can take the Meet Your Aveda Artist survey, which matches them with a stylist in under five minutes, and guests may try another staff member at any time. Booking requires a $50 deposit that is applied to the requested service. Cancelling at least 24 hours ahead avoids a charge; a cancellation inside 24 hours or a missed appointment forfeits the deposit to the booked artist, and some cancellations are charged 50% of the appointment.

The salon is open Monday through Thursday from 9 am to 7 pm, Friday from 9 am to 5:30 pm, and Saturday from 9 am to 5 pm, or until 4 pm from May through October. It is closed on Sundays. Payment is accepted by American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, personal check, gift certificate and cash.
