Pricing depends on the experience and level of the stylist, and assistant pricing is available on request. Starting prices include color at $70, highlights at $90, color corrections at $150, perms at $200, the Brazilian Blowout at $250, treatments and Olaplex/B3 at $30, and haircuts for men at $60. Kids haircuts under 10 start at $45 in the 2nd Floor Barbershop.

Hair loss clients can book comfortable private rooms for sensitive services. The hair loss support service includes customizing, refreshing and maintaining human hair pieces. According to the salon, most insurance companies cover 80% to 100% of a wig or hairpiece for medical hair replacement.

The 2nd Floor Barbershop serves men of all ages with haircuts, shaves, beard trims and grey blending. Guests can have a complimentary neck trim with barbershop services and are offered a refreshing beverage while they wait or are being served.

Cancelling less than 24 hours before an appointment, or missing one, carries a fee of $25 for haircuts and $50 for chemical services. Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash, used to buy another gift card, transferred or returned, and the salon is not responsible for lost or stolen cards.

The salon's stated aim is to match every guest with a stylist, and it provides stylists with regular classes and ongoing education to keep skills current.

The salon occupies a restored Victorian house with an open styling concept.
