Every new patient starts with a consultation, as do established patients who have not been seen in 12 months and anyone unsure which treatment fits them. Free consultations include a skin analysis, a discussion of immediate and longer-term options, and a plan built around the client's goals. Each person is limited to two free consultations per 365 days. Pre- and post-care instructions are emailed before each appointment. Clients are asked to avoid immunizations and dental visits or procedures, including cleanings, for two weeks before and after treatment, and to stop blood-thinning medications and supplements such as NSAIDs, fish oil, turmeric, vitamin E and ginseng before treatment.

The business is open Monday to Friday, 10:00 am to 5:00 pm, with Saturdays by appointment only. The building's main doors are locked on Mondays, so clients are asked to text when they arrive. A credit card is needed to reserve an appointment, and booking several weeks ahead is suggested. Prepaid services can be redeemed within one year of purchase, and prepayments are refundable within 10 days of purchase if no services have been received.
