Visits can take place at the wellness studio or through mobile service. The studio is open 9am to 8pm Monday through Friday and 10am to 7pm on weekends. Appointments require a credit card to reserve, and cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service are charged in full, though clients may reschedule. The spa may refuse services after two consecutive cancellations. A destination fee applies to every visit and varies by county. The spa accepts major credit cards, PayPal, and its own gift certificates, but not cash; cash gratuities are welcome.

The spa says it uses natural and pharmaceutical-grade products that are vegan and free of gluten and known toxins, and that its products are gentle yet effective. Staff are licensed, insured, and CPR certified, and each therapist must pass background screening and complete training courses.
