Remedy Salon

Remedy Salon sits at the front of a building on Bridge Street, next to Barter House. Guests can park in a small lot directly in front of the building, between buildings, or on nearby streets. The business operates under the name Hair by Elissa LLC.

Appointments are kept unhurried, with the goal of supporting long-term hair health. Color formulas are customized for each guest, and the salon aims for precise cuts, beautiful color and results that stay consistent from visit to visit.

Appointments can be reserved online through the website, or booked by phone or text. Each booking is for the guest and one additional companion. Guests who bring a child or a companion who is not having a service are asked to keep them seated and supervised. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may lead to a refused service.

Booking terms are set out clearly. Cancellations and rescheduling need at least 24 hours' notice; shorter-notice cancellations and missed appointments are charged 50% of the scheduled service. Late arrivals get a 5 minute grace period for services of 15 to 30 minutes and 15 minutes for longer services, and arrivals beyond that may need to rebook and may be charged 50%. Services are non-refundable, and concerns about a service should be raised within 7 days for an adjustment, with later adjustments possibly carrying a charge. Contact form messages are answered within 48 hours.

The team is small. Elissa Frasure owns the salon and styles hair alongside the stylists, and Rylee Frasure works there as a student intern in hair and nails while completing training.
