A 50% deposit is needed to book future appointments, is non-refundable and goes toward the service. A no-show or late cancellation carries a charge of 50% of the missed appointment, and a second one means the client can no longer book with that stylist. Children under 12 need a parent present unless approved beforehand, and extra guests are not permitted without advance approval.
