Fill timing depends on how many extensions a client still has. Regular fills are booked every two to four weeks, when about 40 percent of the extensions remain, and a full set is booked when a client has no extensions or less than 20 percent left.

Lash lifts and brow services form a second line of work. Lifts and brow laminations are meant to last the length of the hair growth cycle, so the salon recommends rebooking every six to eight weeks, while tints can be booked as often as wanted. Every lift, lamination or tint includes an Elleeplex Regen Treatment, and the salon works with the Elleebana Regen system. Korean lifts are offered beside traditional lash lifts, and the salon says the technique gives more control over the first step of the lift and that client feedback reports longer-lasting results. Lash lifts are open to anyone with parental consent, with supervision required under age 16.

Skincare, spray tans and sugaring round out the menu. Facials are customized to each client's skin, use Cosmedix products that the salon describes as lash safe, and can include dermaplaning. Spray tans are custom, color matched and hand brushed, and the salon says they are not orange based and last seven to ten days when pre and aftercare instructions are followed. Products sold in salon or by email order include Zenagen Growth Serum for $58, Clear Aftercare Serum and Elleevate Black Mascara at $35 each, and Elleefix Brow Styling Wax at $35.

Policies are set out clearly. Appointments need 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations inside 24 hours carry a 50 percent fee, and missed appointments without notice are charged in full. Fees go on the card on file and must be paid before further appointments are booked. The salon says these policies protect the time it blocks for each client. Services are not refunded, but if a client is unhappy the service is redone, and retention issues must be reported within 48 hours to be fixed at no charge. Clients are asked to arrive with clean lashes, and full sets include an aftercare kit. Gift cards are sold online, clients can call or text (615) 707-6245, and free parking is available by the front window or in the back lot.

The salon offers Korean lash lifts as one option alongside traditional lash lifts rather than as a replacement, and asks clients to arrive with clean lashes because a deep clean uses appointment time.
