Head spa sessions run from the 45-minute Unwind, which is for hair above shoulder length and priced at 78 dollars, to the 120-minute Rejuvenation with hot stones at 199 dollars. Mid-range options add a basic facial, a scope analysis of the scalp, scalp serum, a foot soak or an herbal hair treatment. The 100-minute KungFu Head Spa uses acupressure and martial arts-inspired movements, with hot stone included. Every head spa service includes a complimentary blow-dry using Dyson tools.

Back care centers on the Detox Back Ritual, an aromatic herbal oil massage with a gentle heat compress, offered in 30, 45 or 90 minutes for 60, 88 or 158 dollars. Several packages pair back care with head spa time or a foot soak, including the Essential Back and Head Ritual, The Triple Relaxation, The Escape, and a Bestie/Couple Duo Special for two people. Foot spa add-ons with hot stones run 15 minutes for 25 dollars or 30 minutes for 45 dollars.

Three facials are offered. The Peptide Glow Facial is 60 minutes at 99 dollars and includes peptide infusion, a hydrating mask, massage and LED light therapy. A 60-minute dryness-focused facial at 138 dollars uses La Mer products, and an anti-aging facial at 188 dollars uses 111SKIN Black Diamond products.

Walk-ins are welcome, and parties of four or more are asked to call ahead to book. Guests should arrive five to ten minutes early to complete an intake form, and they do not need to wash their hair beforehand. Removing jewelry and watches is recommended but not required, and makeup should come off before a visit with a mini facial, which staff can do if needed. Clients who recently dyed their hair should wait a few days. Hair styling, blowouts and loc maintenance are not offered; for dreadlocks, staff can only gently cleanse and condition the surface. Credit cards are accepted for services and tips, and gift cards work at both locations. Prepaid VIP cards with deposits of 1,000, 1,500 or 2,000 dollars give 10 or 15 percent off services, with the top tier also including a luxury gift set. Military, senior and cash-payment discounts of 5 percent apply to services only and cannot be combined; military and senior discounts require ID.
