Arrow Wax Studio was founded in 2023 in memory of Roman Anthony Wiggins. Ari started the business in the Hilltop area of Virginia Beach, and the studio is now its only location. The studio describes its space as warm, inviting and welcoming, and says its team is the best waxing team in the Hampton Roads area.
The menu covers full body waxing, which takes about two and a half hours and covers the face, chest, arms, abdomen, back, intimate areas and legs. Intimate areas in full body waxing are performed on female anatomy only. Other services include upper body, lower body and intimate waxing, plus eyebrow design, eyebrow lamination and tint, and lash lift and tint. Facials range from a 30-minute express option to 60-minute treatments that add LED light therapy, high-frequency, radio frequency, lymphatic massage or an upper body massage. Intimate skin rejuvenation treatments use options such as deep sea mud, vitamin C and turmeric, and LED light. A chemical peel consultation is also offered, though no peel is performed during that visit.
Booking is handled only through the online booking site, and walk-ins depend on availability and are not guaranteed. Packages, priced as buy 6 get 1 free or buy 12 get 3 free, can be bought online or in person and never expire, but they are not refundable or transferable and each service must be used as purchased. Appointments must be cancelled through the booking site at least 24 hours in advance, and late arrivals or missed appointments can carry a fee of 50% of the service cost. A complimentary clean-up covers full-length hairs left within five days of a visit. Guests should bring a valid government photo ID to the first appointment, and minors need a parent or guardian consent form. Recording or photographing services is not allowed.
Puts quality service and client satisfaction first, and takes part in local community initiatives.
The studio describes its setting as warm, inviting and welcoming.
